Devastudios imagined Lionsgate as a creative machine, taking viewers through an industrial world inspired by the Machine Age. The design played before the studio’s films for seven years, according to its creators.
Worth another look
Listen for machinery in the music. Devastudios commissioned composer Bill Johnson to combine mechanical sound effects with an optimistic film fanfare. The soundtrack carries the same idea as the pictures: a studio’s imagination turning into something you can see and hear.
